Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of T0, a hosted sandboxed agent-session API and customer portal operated by Sikasio(“we”, “us”), available at t0.sikasio.com. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
T0 runs AI coding agents inside isolated Linux sandboxes that you create and drive over an HTTP API. Each session has a workspace that persists between messages until it expires or you delete it. The service is authenticated by API keys, with free and paid plans that differ in awake session time, concurrency, workspace storage, retention and request rate.
We sell the runtime, not the model. Model access is bring-your-own-key: you supply a key for your own model provider account and are responsible for your relationship with that provider, including their terms, their charges and their availability.
2. Your account and API keys
- You need a verified email address to hold an account, and you must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Your API keys authorize everything done under your account. Keep them secret, rotate them when a person or a system that held one goes away, and revoke immediately if one leaks. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys.
- We store keys as a prefix plus a one-way hash. We cannot recover a key for you — we can only issue a new one.
- One account per customer entity. Creating extra accounts to multiply the free plan is a breach of these Terms.
3. Your model provider key
You may add a model provider key to your account. We encrypt it at rest, decrypt it only at the moment a sandbox is claimed for one of your sessions, inject it into that sandbox as an environment variable, and never log it, return it from any endpoint, or use it for anything other than running your own sessions. You may remove it at any time, which takes effect on the next session claim.
Charges your provider bills you for tokens consumed by your sessions are between you and that provider. We do not resell model access and do not refund provider charges.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use T0, or let anyone using your keys use it, to:
- mine cryptocurrency, or run any workload whose purpose is to consume compute rather than to do your work;
- scan, probe, attack or send unsolicited traffic to any network or host, ours or anyone else’s;
- attempt to escape a sandbox, reach another tenant’s session, or circumvent quotas, rate limits or the egress allowlist;
- store or process material that is unlawful where you or we operate;
- send spam or operate abusive automation;
- resell raw session access as a competing sandbox product.
Sandboxes are capped on CPU, memory, processes and network egress, and sustained abuse is alerted on. We may suspend a session, a key or an account that is causing harm, without notice where the harm is ongoing.
5. Your files and workspaces
Files you upload, and files your agent creates, are yours. We store them to run the service — a live workspace on disk while a session is awake, and an encrypted snapshot in object storage so a session can be resumed or its results downloaded later. We do not read them, and we do not use your files, prompts or agent output to train anything.
Workspaces are deleted when you delete a session, when a session passes its ttl, or when it passes the retention window of your plan (Free 7 days, Starter 30 days, Pro 90 days). Deletion is not reversible and we hold no separate backup on your behalf. Export anything you need to keep.
6. Plans, credits, billing and refunds
- A credit is one minute of awake session time. Sleeping sessions are not metered. Plan limits are published on the pricing page.
- The free plan is permanent and requires no card: 300 credits a month, 1 concurrent session, 2 GB of workspace storage.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
- Exceeding a quota is a hard stop with an upgrade prompt, not an overage charge. We will not bill you for usage you did not choose.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we have failed to deliver the service and you tell us within 30 days.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to the email on your account.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability and publish live component health on our status page, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may change, add or remove API endpoints; breaking changes to a documented endpoint will be announced in advance and, where practical, versioned.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Agents are probabilistic: they write incorrect code, run commands you did not intend, and produce output you must review. Do not give a session access to anything you are not prepared to have changed, and do not rely on agent output without checking it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we are required to terminate by law, or that is causing harm to the service or to other customers. On termination, sessions stop and workspaces are deleted after a short grace period.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sikasio is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
